M-DCPS Head Start and Early Head Start, which is a comprehensive program for low income children ages 2 months to 5 years seeks a 12-month school psychologist to provide mental health consultation. The psychologist would be responsible for visiting and support Head Start classrooms throughout the district to ensure that the teachers are implementing strategies that promote and develop social and emotional skills.
