Transfer Process for Current Full-Time Instructional Employees:
If you are currently a full-time teacher with M-DCPS looking for a new instructional position, please review and follow the Voluntary/Hardship Transfer process outlined in the M-DCPS/UTD Collective Bargaining Agreement. Transfer application forms for Voluntary/Hardship Transfers can be found here.


All instructional candidates must be eligible for a State of Florida teaching certificate and have a completed profile in TeacherMatch, a passing score on all parts of the General Knowledge Exam, and be highly qualified (passing subject area exam).

Minimum Requirements for Academic Coach Positions:
Three years teaching experience
Leadership experience (e.g., department head)
Certification in the subject area (must be Highly Qualified)
