•Three
letters of recommendation (at
least one must be from a past or present
employer
or supervisor and be on company stationery
or on paper stamped with official company
seal). The other two should be from
persons who can attest to your character,
reputation,
and work ethic.
•Original Social Security Card - required for all positions.
•Government-issued identification with picture. Examples: Florida Drivers
License,
Passport, Alien Registration Card, or Military ID.
•High school diploma or equivalent - required for clerical, school security monitor and most skilled trade positions.
•Official College Transcripts - required for paraprofessional positions.
All applicants must be Fingerprinted.
All employees must pass a drug test
before being employed in a full-time
position. Applications from applicants
whose documents are satisfactory and
whose qualifications pass initial review,
will be processed depending on applicant's skills and anticipated or existing
job vacancies.
All clerical positions require a combination
of written and skills tests. All journeyperson
trade positions require a skills test.
Applicants for these positions will be
notified of the scheduled test date,
time, and place.
Your application will remain active
for six months. At the end of the six
months, if you wish to continue to be
considered, you must complete a Restricted
Personal Data Form by either visiting
this office or requesting this form in
writing and returning it to this office
upon completion.
