E-Recruiting Overview
E-Recruiting is a new web-based recruitment, application and hiring system being used by Miami-Dade County Public Schools. It is the first of many new systems being introduced as part of the District’s Enterprise Resource Planning initiative using SAP technology. New applicants and current employees can now search and apply for jobs online. Principals and site administrators can use E-Recruiting to post vacancies, set up interviews and communicate with applicants (learn more).

IMPORTANT NEWS UPDATE

■ Applicants who have previously applied using our paper application or older teacher web application must now register in
   E-Recruiting, our new online application system. Learn more.
■ Mac computer users must install Firefox web browser. Learn more.
■ Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or greater is required to use some features of the online application system. Learn more.

Applicants
Both current employees and new applicants can search and apply for jobs through the E-Recruitment system. 

External/New Applicants
Applicants that are new to the District will be asked to register and complete a questionnaire before they can search and apply for jobs.  All new applicants are required to have personal email addresses as much of the correspondence during the application and hiring process comes via email.

Internal Applicants/Current Employees
Current M-DCPS employees may access the E-Recruiting system through the employee portal. To begin, you will be prompted to enter your employee number in the "Username" field, and your Dadeschools password in the "Password" field.

Principals and Site Administrators
As hiring managers, you will use the E-Recruiting system to create requisitions, review candidate applications, schedule interviews, and offer positions.
