E-Recruiting Overview

E-Recruiting is a new web-based recruitment, application and hiring system being used by Miami-Dade County Public Schools. It is the first of many new systems being introduced as part of the District’s Enterprise Resource Planning initiative using SAP technology. New applicants and current employees can now search and apply for jobs online. Principals and site administrators can use E-Recruiting to post vacancies, set up interviews, communicate with applicants and initiate new hires. E-Recruiting will streamline our entire staffing process, provide a higher level of customer service to our new/prospective employees, and reduce the time needed to fill vacant positions (not to mention result in a significant reduction in our paper utilization).
